General Manufacturing Facility

The prominent features of machinery used for the current product range are 3 Nos of 180 Tonne PLC controlled Damage Vertical Injection Machinery, 2 nos of Windsor make Micro Processor Controlled Vertical Moldings Machinery and 2 Nos of 45 tonne Dongshin, Korea make Vertical Moldings Machinery and Horizontal Clamping Units, Ultrasonic Welding Machines, Printing and Bar Coding Machines, Thermoforming Machines, Needle Point Grinding Machines, Micro Blaster Machines, etc. The labor force has undergone extensive external and in house training in working on ISO/CE standards including Risk Management/FMEA analysis for additional skill development, better understanding of the industrial environment etc.


In addition to this, relevant training programmers on 5 S house keeping/Kaizen Technique, etc have been imported for all our employees. Any additional manpower required for technical/managerial purposes is available in the state of Kerala, which has high HR indices matching western countries.
