Advanced Manufacturing Facility

The factory has a built in space of 1800 Sqm in a renewable 15-year leased land from the Development Commissioner. CSEZ left with a potential area of aprox. 3500 Sqm for further expansion. The main manufacturing areas are under Class 100,000 (Meets OSO-8 standard equivalent to Class D of Federal Sandard 209 E)- and most of the factory area is epoxy coated in order to maintain high standards of product quality and cleanliness in the factory. Our facility has been certified for meeting the quality management system for ISO 9001:2000 and and ISO 13485:2003 apart from CE certification on the product "FSS", by Det Norse Verities certification AS (DNV), Norway. The procedures and work instructions meet QSR 21 CFR, Section 820 on Medical Devises Manufacturing. The facility is also registered in FDA, USA for the manufacture of medical devises under its Registration # 9615814 for 2006.

We have been awarded a certificate of excellence, in export performance in the Engineering Sector under Special Economic Zone Scheme 2002-03 to SEZ unit and EOU's in Kerala, by the Cochin Special Economic Zone Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
